Shipping Details

This policy applies to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. shipping costs:
We charge the following for all USA Orders
USPS First Class - $4.99 (3 to 5 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail - $12.99 (2 Business Days)

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Domestic order handling time is 1 business days (Monday to Saturday). We usually ship out the same day you order except Sundays.

C. Delivery Terms:

We use the USPS to deliver the product.


E. Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us at support@pickleballdepartment.com


F. Cancellations:

There are no cancellations allowed after an order is already shipped. Please reach out to us right away via email or phone to verify the status of your order. We can cancel it if it has not been shipped yet


G. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please contact customer service with the next steps. If applicable, we will guide you on sending the product back and give you a shipping label. We will also send you a replacement if you desire for free.
